The motel sat along Route 1 in the Webhannet area of Wells under ownership of the Dwyers and was open from May through September. Advertisements bearing the motto “Live graciously by the seashore” boasted deluxe housekeeping units and motel rooms accommodating two to six people.

The caption reads, "Webhannet Court Motel, "on the beach," Wells Beach, Maine."

The Tichnor Brothers printing company published this type of postcard circa 1938.
