Butter Point is a cape in Waldoboro. Butter Pond Road, off Dutch Neck Road in Waldoboro, leads to the Medomak River, with a pier that looks northeast across the river that heads into Muscongus Bay.

The caption reads, "View of Butter Point, Dutch Neck, Waldoboro, Maine."
