Designed by Lewiston architect William R. Miller, and named for its donor Edwin Bancroft Foote, who was a generous supporter of Good Will, this ornate home with stained glass windows and decorative trim provided a place for boys to grow and learn skills, and later was a home for teachers and librarian Miss Annabelle Jones.

This interior view is of a stairway.
