Image Info Weston Freeman Milliken, born in Minot in 1829, was president of a wholesale grocery on Commercial Street in Portland, the Milliken,Tomlinson Co. He served in the State Legislature from 1872-1874. In 1899, one year before his death, he was appointed Collector of Port for Portland by President McKinley.
