A manuscript map, formerly known as map #325, shows a plan of lot no. 1 in Lewiston on the east side of the Androscoggin River. Located in Range 5, lot no. 1 was 77 acres, adjacent to a smaller 23-acre lot. Owned by Levi Meeder, the lot had been previously deeded to John Wagg by the Commissioners appointed to appraise on the Pejepscot Claim. E. Dreed is recorded as a surveyor.
