Image Info

Boys from the Good Will Home in Fairfield, probably at the school's tent site across the Kennebec River in Clinton.

The home, founded in 1889, served orphans and other needy children. The founder, George W. Hinckley, first took in boys, then expanded to serve girls at the residential facility.
