The street railroad car barn at South Berwick had a capacity for 20 large, modern cars. It was protected by automatic sprinkler equipment and a standpipe system that was supplied from Quamphegan Pond.

An electric substation was located in the barn to keep power at its peak.

The locomotive is Atlantic Shore Line Railway No. 102.
