Image Info This photograph shows William H. Chisholm as he looked around 1979. Chisholm served as the president of the Oxford Paper Company in Rumford. He was the third generation of men in his family to hold that position at the company.

Chisholm was born on April 24, 1917 to Hugh J. Chisholm Jr. and Sara C. Hardenbergh. He was educated at St. Paul's School and Yale University. Chisholm first started working for the Oxford Paper Company in 1935.
