The Maine Unitarian Conference was at Preble Chapel, 331 Cumberland Avenue, Portland.

The chapel was completed in 1852 for use by the Portland Ministry and First Parish Society of Portland. The land and funds were donated by Mary Deering Preble. In 1977 it closed as a place of worship and now houses Youth and Family Outreach Programs.
