Manuscript map #59 of Harpswell, then known as Mereconege Neck. This map was created for the Proprietors of the Township of Brunswick, the proprietors responsible for land settlement in the Brunswick area of Maine.

The land depicted in this map is bordered by Casco Bay to the northwest and by the "Mereconege River" to the southeast. The Mereconege River is now known as Harspwell Sound.
