The Rose Garden at 167 Main Street, South Portland, was operated by John Viriglio as a "night spot" during the boom days of World War II.

The Rose Garden and the adjoining filling station, also operated by Viriglio, were razed to make way for the new road leading to Veterans Memorial Bridge.
