All editorial buyers will receive digital files of each image purchased along with a non–exclusive, one–time license to use the image in a single publication in one medium only, with no other rights. More information about our digital files.

A volume discount of 20% is applied to orders of five (5) or more images for personal or non–profit use. Please call to arrange for this discount.

Prints
For personal use, individual buyers can purchase quality digital prints or study copies. Our archival prints are printed on 8.5" x 11" photo paper, unframed, and suitable for hanging on your home or office walls. Our study prints are printed on 8.5" x 11" plain paper and will be mailed in a regular business–sized envelope. More information about our prints.
- Archival high–quality print: $30 plus $5 shipping & handling per order.
- Non–archival study print: $5 plus $1 shipping & handling per order.

Educational Use
If you require images for an in–class school project or a personal website, we suggest you visit Maine Memory Network to access our wider repository of historic images. Your username and password for VMI will work on the Maine Memory Network. You can create albums of images, and use the Slideshow View feature to link to them.
