Wyman Station, an oil-fired steam generation station on Cousins Island in Yarmouth, was named for Central Maine Power Co. President William F. Wyman, son of the company's founder.

Shown is steam generating unit #3, which went online in 1965. The expansion of Wyman Station that year made it the largest generating plant in the state.
