Manuscript map #81 shows the tract of land belonging to Silvester (Sylvester) Gardiner, in present day Bath (formerly Georgetown). The map is dated December 8, 1764 and shows drawings of several houses.

The houses are located along the Kennebec River between the river and Merrymeeting Bay. "Fresh Meadow" on the map is drainage. The area labeled "Salt Marsh" was later known as Thomas Bay in West Bath.

Lines Island, Thorne Island and Woods Island in the Kennebec, and Grape Island in Merrymeeting Bay are shown as well.
